At Cubavera.com, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Cubavera.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Cubavera.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
RETAIL STORE RETURNS
Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store locations.

Pre-paid Shipping Label - $6.00 for 1 items / $7.50 for multiple items
To initiate the return process online, please follow the simple steps below:
When you return an item to Perry Ellis using a FedEx prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage. A flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted for multiple returned items.
FedEx shipments take approximately 7 - 9 business days to reach our distribution center.

To return all or part of an order shipped outside of the United States, simply place the item(s) to be returned along with your original order number, full name and the reason for your return in the box.
