Do you provide tracking information?
Once your order leaves our distribution center (same day for orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern; next day for orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern), you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will summarize your order. This email will also include a tracking number that you can click on the track your package to your door.
How can I proceed with ordering for my wedding party?
You have two easy choices when ordering for your wedding. You can browse the site, find the styles and colors that are the perfect fit for your wedding, and place your order online. Or we can make the perfect recommendations for your wedding.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders shipped via FedEx Standard Ground typically arrive in 4 to 9 business days from the date your order was placed.
If you place your order via 2nd Day shipping, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday –Thursday, for 2nd Day Delivery. 2nd Day shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days. 2nd Day shipping is not available for APO or FPO addresses.
Overnight shipping orders must be received and credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday – Thursday. Overnight Delivery orders placed on Friday, weekends or Federal Holidays will ship on the next business day.
Can my order be shipped to my wedding destination?
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
What is your return policy?
We will issue a refund for the merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.
Your card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment. If the order was paid using multiple methods, we will provide a full refund on each card. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one (1) complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
