We’ve made holiday returns easier: Now through 11/30 all items purchased can be returned until 1/31. Purchases made after will adhere to our regular 60-day return policy.
WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Cubavera.com will issue a refund for all unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or defective products returned within 60 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Cubavera.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. Please visit our online Customer Support Center for further assistance within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.
To exchange an order, please return your original item(s) using our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may visit our Customer Support Center with both your original and new order numbers and we'll waive the return shipping fee.
EASY RETURNS BY MAIL
For generating a prepaid return label, please visit http://returns.cubavera.com. Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the nearest FedEx drop off location.
Please note that when returning an item using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the order refund for return postage.
RETURN LABELS AND TRACKING
Refunds for items returned within 60 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your Paypal account.
Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return for processing.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit Web.Global-e.com/Returns with your order number and email to generate a return label.
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Global-e in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs, but do not include original shipping or return shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise.
